Welcome to the Representative’s Advocacy email page for children and youth. To get help from an Advocate, send us an email.
Basic stuff to know
We’re open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Try emailing us during those times. If you contact us when we’re closed, we’ll get back to you the next day that we’re open.
What you say will be kept private unless you or someone else is in immediate danger. To learn more, click here.
Sometimes, you may have to wait for an Advocate to be available. If that happens, please be patient. We will work hard to respond as soon as possible.
What will happen when I email?
You will be connected with one of the Representative’s Intake Advocates, who will work with you to figure out solutions to your problem. They will ask you about the situation and, if it seems complicated, they might ask you if you would like to talk on the phone.
