Final Progress Report on the Implementation of the Recommendations of the “Hughes Review”

The third and final report assessing the 62 recommendations of the April 2006 B.C. Children and Youth Review (the “Hughes Review“). Previous progress reports were released in Nov. 2007,  Dec. 2008.
